For the fourth and final week of the challenge, we’ll be talking all about protein. This macronutrient gets lots of time in the media. From exercise to weight loss to vegetarian and vegan diets, it seems like everyone is talking about it. Protein is essential in our diet as it provides the building blocks for things like tissue repair, growth, making hormones.
